Job summary

Jencap is seeking a Broker Support Technician to provide administrative and production support for Casualty submissions. The role supports fast-paced intake, review, and processing of new business and renewals, coordinating with retail agents to gather documentation and data while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The position offers a remote schedule with potential for hybrid work in the Denver, CO area in the future.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance servicing, customer service, or agency support (casualty or commercial lines experience preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support broker with intake, review, and preparation of new business and renewal Casualty submissions.
• Coordinate with retail agents to obtain required documentation and data.
• Track submission status and maintain organized workflow queues.
• Assist with quote preparation, binding documents, and initial policy file setup.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and post-issuance audits while meeting service standards.
• Ensure electronic files are properly documented and compliant with record-keeping requirements.
