Jencap is seeking an Account Manager to provide administrative and production support to the New Business Brokers in the Workers’ Compensation department. This role handles end-to-end submission processes, data entry in management systems, and coordination with agents and carriers.

The position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a hybrid work schedule in our Atlanta, GA or Lee's Summit Offices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in insurance servicing or agency support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent data accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Support brokers with intake, review, and prep of new business submissions
• Input and maintain submission, quote, and policy data in agency management and carrier systems
• Coordinate with retail agents to obtain required documentation, loss information, and supplemental material
• Track submission status, follow up with carriers and agents, and maintain organized workflow queues
• Assist with quote preparation, binding documentation, and initial policy file setup
• Ensure electronic files are properly documented and maintained in accordance with record-keeping requirements
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in process improvement efforts and cross-training as assigned
