Job summary

Talentin is seeking a Casino Manager to own content, manage relationships with game providers and drive promotions across its casino brands. You will collaborate with Product, Content and Retention teams to optimise the offering, enhance player engagement and maximise revenue.

The role requires hands-on experience with provider integrations, a deep understanding of casino dynamics, and strong analytical skills. Remote work is available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Casino Manager on the operator side or in Casino Operations with hands-on provider integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Tier-1 markets and casino game portfolios.
• Proven ability to manage lobby placement, content priorities and promotions.
• Experience negotiating provider terms, revenue share and promotional agreements.
• Ability to analyze RTP, hold, GGR and NGR across games and providers.
• Experience working with Product, CRM, Retention or Content teams on promotions and launches.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own casino content management, game provider relationships and promotional activities across brands.
• Coordinate launches, promotions and content readiness with Retention and Content teams.
• Monitor and analyse game performance by provider, GEO and player segments.
• Coordinate testing of bonuses, free spins and promotional mechanics with Platform teams.
• Support segmentation and personalised campaigns with game and provider insights.
