Job summary

Pentasia is seeking an experienced Casino Operations Advisor to help scale Social Casino, Sweepstakes, iGaming, or Crypto Casino operations. This flexible, consulting engagement offers global remote work and potential full-time opportunities as the project progresses.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in iGaming with a proven track record in CRM, VIP, retention, and monetization, and a data-driven, commercially focused mindset to drive growth and optimize KPIs across the player lifecycle.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in iGaming, Social Casino, Sweepstakes, or Crypto Casino.
Proven track record scaling gaming operations.
Strong background in operations, CRM, VIP, retention, and monetization.
Experience with well known operators preferred.
Data-driven and commercially focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Advise on casino operations and operating models.
Optimize the player lifecycle from acquisition through VIP retention and reactivation.
Advise on VIP strategy, CRM, retention, promotions and rewards.
Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
Provide guidance on KPIs including DAU, FTD, GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV and retention.
Support market expansion, planning and new initiatives.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Data and Customer Service.
