Job summary

growetalents is seeking a product-focused professional to own online sportsbook and casino operations. You will manage content, configure games, and coordinate with providers to launch events and promotions while monitoring KPIs and market trends.

Ideal candidates bring sportsbook experience, knowledge of odds and margins, and familiarity with analytics tools and simple design in Figma; AI tool usage is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in online sportsbook operations or related sports betting role.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, betting markets, odds, margin and the sports calendar.
• Willingness to take on casino operations as the main focus of the role.
• Experience with casino products, provider side or product company is a plus.
• Knowledge of leading casino game providers and key games across product types.
• Ability to work with product KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with Tableau or alternatives to measure impact.
• Basic Figma skills to create/edit simple designs.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage product content across casino brands.
• Add and configure casino games; create and maintain categories.
• Add and update sliders and widgets within the product.
• Coordinate with game providers to integrate new titles.
• Set up and manage casino tournaments and promotions.
• Collaborate with HQ Sportsbook team to highlight events and markets.
• Analyse competitors' sportsbook offerings and odds for insights.
• Monitor product performance and player activity using KPIs and analytics tools.
