• Basic financial operations knowledge including general ledger and cash system functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Apply receivables to Cash Receipts Log and trackers for all lines of business.
• Post cash entries into proprietary systems based on remittance detail provided by pharmaceutical companies.
• Identify missed revenue opportunities by reconciling payment detail and communicate discrepancies to accounting.
• Verify payment remittance details with pharmaceutical companies.
• Review remittance data for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide general administrative support as assigned.
