CACI Premier Technology, Inc. is seeking experienced Case Reviewers for the federal background investigation program. This fully remote role involves reviewing and approving reports to determine suitability for federal employment and security clearances, with occasional local travel for meetings.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration with investigators to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

Formación

• 12 months' experience conducting/processing background investigations for the customer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable U.S. Government security clearance.
• Self-starter with independence and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough reviews of background investigations to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Provide guidance on investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers.
• Maintain quality and timely submission per contract requirements.
• Identify trends in errors and communicate them to team and management.
• Collaborate with review team, field investigators, and record searchers to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
