Job summary

The role requires 50-75% travel within Illinois, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a home office. An RN license in Illinois and an associate’s degree are preferred/required depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Illinois.
• 3-5 years clinical practical experience.
• Home-based work setup compliant with HIPAA guidelines; reliable transportation and travel up to 50-75% within Illinois.

Responsibilities
