Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of Illinois.
• 50–75% travel from home location in and around Kane and DuPage Counties, IL.
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical practical experience.
• Independent thinker with ability to work from home.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 applications and related software.
