Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Case Manager at NeuroPraxis. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating comprehensive rehabilitation programs for clients with brain and spinal cord injuries. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, liaising with healthcare providers, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
