Qualified applicants will have 2+ years in case management, reside in West Valley, AZ, and be able to travel up to 50%.

• Must reside in West Valley, Arizona.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within West Valley, Arizona.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, document, and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program.
• Evaluate members’ needs/eligibility and recommend case resolution or meeting needs.
• Provide care coordination, support, and education to members.
