Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in case coordination, healthcare administration, medical scheduling, or customer service.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of medical and mental health evaluation referrals.
• Prepare case materials, intake, scheduling, and documentation.
• Obtain client authorization and submit service estimates.
• Communicate case status with clients, examinees, and staff.
• Ensure information is available to evaluating experts and coordinate appointments.
• Manage and distribute case records and documentation.
• Monitor cases to meet timelines and deadlines.
• Provide completed reports and documentation to clients.
