Job summary

YOUTHNET is seeking a Placement Support Manager in Olympia, WA to oversee the well-being of clients within the Caregiver Support Program. This role involves developing support plans for caregivers and ensuring the delivery of services. Candidates should have at least a Master's degree in social services, extensive experience working with youth, and excellent communication skills. This position requires flexible hours and the ability to work onsite and remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of documented experience working with children or youth in relevant settings.
• Complete a minimum of 16 hours of preservice training.
• Pass a Washington State criminal check.

Responsibilities

• Provide Caregiver Support Services to a caseload.
• Develop and implement Caregiver Support Plans.
• Maintain liaison with parents and caseworkers.
