Job summary

CWI Works is seeking a seasoned professional to supervise and enhance the Career Pathway Training infrastructure. You will identify training and certification opportunities across the national footprint, maintain training software platforms, facilitate training for job seekers, and provide technical assistance to subgrantee job coaches.

You will oversee data reporting, manage training budgets, and develop scalable strategies to ensure high-quality, accessible training for SCSEP participants

Qualifications

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience in education, training, workforce development, or project management.
• Knowledge of foundational and industry recognized trainings and certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Aging and/or workforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CWI's Career Pathway Training Program to prepare SCSEP job seekers for employment and to equip the subgrantee network with job coaching best practices.
• Leverage project management techniques to develop and implement network-wide training strategies that help job seekers develop the skills to qualify for in-demand jobs.
• Develop standard operating procedures for career pathway related training processes.
• Manage communications with related subgrantees, vendors, 3rd party affiliates, & partners.
• Maintain program data requirements as required by grant reporting and measure progress over time.
• Oversee training databases and digital training platforms to ensure access and reporting.
• Track certification costs and manage related budget line items.
• Build relationships with employers and industry associations to identify certifications and job pipelines.
