Job summary

University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign School of Social Work seeks a Pathways Training and Development Specialist to train the Pathways to Success curriculum and MAP-related initiatives for community behavioral health staff statewide.

The role includes delivering web-based and on-site trainings, coaching staff, and serving as SME for new service initiatives, with travel and a 12-month academic professional appointment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• 1–3 years of Behavioral Health Services (Clinical) experience.
• LPHA status per 89 ILAC 140.453.
• IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire.
• MAP Instructor credential within 90 days of hire.
• SOC trainer certification within 120 days of hire.
• Illinois clinical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver statewide web-based trainings as well as on-site trainings.
• Train MAP, IM+CANS, and related tools and curricula.
• Assist in developing MAP‑supported users and credentialed therapists.
• Work with Clinical Quality Review to implement strategies for IHB and MAP initiatives.
• Develop trainings on advanced use of functional behavioral analysis and MAP resources.
• Other duties as assigned; some travel may be required.
