This fully remote role supports program growth and student success, focusing on curriculum information management, scheduling, and data-driven improvements across online programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, process improvement, business, communication or education.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute events, programs, and admin processes.
• Data analysis and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to manage competing demands and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technology; interpret and communicate policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of course offerings, program requirements, and policies.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of curriculum data across systems and materials.
• Collaborate with faculty and Academic Operations to align with accreditation standards.
• Assist with new program documentation and approvals.
• Monitor enrollment, demand, and completion trends; report findings.
