Qualifications

• 4–8 years in healthcare operations or program management, with value-based care preferred.
• Strong process documentation and analytical skills; use metrics to track progress.
• Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned and is passionate about cardiology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery.
• Report to the Director of Program Operations Infrastructure and create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and status for active care contracts.
• Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials that teams actually use.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate AI tools and reduce manual burden.
