Comagine Health is seeking a Supervisor, Non-Clinical Care Management to oversee non-clinical operations in a healthcare services environment. The role focuses on managing administrative staff, optimizing workflows, and supporting clinical teams to enhance patient experience.

This remote position requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with clinical leadership to resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 4 years of healthcare experience
• 3 years of customer service or related work
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and EHR preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Healthcare management or project management certifications (CHCM, PMP) beneficial
• Lean or Six Sigma familiarity
• Experience in multidisciplinary healthcare settings

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise non-clinical staff including administrative, facilities, and support personnel
• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to resolve operational challenges impacting care
• Prepare reports and analyze metrics to improve efficiency and service quality
