Qualifications

• 4 years of healthcare experience.
• 3 years of customer service or relevant work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Preference for EHR experience and related certifications (CHCM, PMP).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; certifications in healthcare management or project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise non-clinical staff across administrative, facilities, and support roles.
• Coordinate daily operations including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to address operational challenges affecting patient care.
• Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and drive process improvements.
