Eligible candidates are licensed RNs with at least 3 years of direct clinical care or case management experience who can work from home in Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required for medical care management.
• Nursing degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical care or case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts case management activities including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians and departments to resolve care and claims issues.
• Provides accurate documentation in accordance with policies and timelines.
• Coordinates resources and prioritizes assignments to meet goals.
