Job summary

We seek a Care Navigator to be the main contact for employee members and their families, coordinating care and explaining benefits in plain language. You will coordinate appointments and records, remove barriers to care, and document interactions in a HIPAA-compliant way.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years healthcare-related customer service experience.
• Clear explanation of insurance benefits.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work full-time remotely with a private workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, tests, and procedures across providers.
• Manage medical records and care plans before visits.
• Explain Handpicked Health services and employer-sponsored benefits in plain language.
• Serve as main contact for members and families via text, chat, and phone.
• Document interactions while complying with HIPAA.
