Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Remote Care Coordinator to actively manage patient care through telephonic encounters. You will support patients with chronic conditions and must adhere to productivity-based pay structures for encounters.

This contractor position offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own hours while managing a panel of patients. The role requires being a Certified Medical Assistant with clinical experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in pain management.
• High-speed internet and a desktop or laptop computer (Windows or Mac OS required).

Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic encounters with patients to manage chronic conditions.
• Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 100 patients per calendar month.
• Complete due diligence measures on 100% of assigned patients.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records

Time-management skills

Ability to exercise initiative and judgment

Skilled in using various computer programs
