Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and human services field.
• 2 or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's TB screening program. TB screening required.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
• This role requires a valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.
• Must have a separate room with a locked door for home office privacy.

Responsibilities
