Lucet is seeking a Care Access Coordinator to join our remote team in the United States. This non-clinical role ensures efficient access to behavioral health services by coordinating between members, providers, and clinical teams.

You will process authorizations, audit data, support clinical operations, and respond to benefits questions while protecting HIPAA. The position offers hourly pay and remote work flexibility with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field plus 1+ year experience in healthcare/customer service.
• High school diploma plus 3+ years in healthcare/customer service.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to enter/retrieve data across multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process authorizations, enter and audit data across systems.
• Support clinical operations through correspondence and by maintaining timely records.
• Answer benefit, authorization, and referral questions while verifying member information in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Triage cases and route them to clinical teams with timely information for care decisions.
• Escalate high-risk or crisis situations to clinical staff.
