Qualifications

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience: Manager level 0–3 years in field medical or 3–5 years in medical affairs/clinical research; Associate Director level requires 3+ years in field medical or 5–7 years in related roles.
• Strong clinical knowledge, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare professionals to discuss science and education aligned with medical strategy.
• Develop territory plans, identify stakeholders, and drive medical engagement.
• Provide clinical trial support and collaborate across Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic area and Novartis products.
