Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred (MD, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc.).
• Experience guidelines vary by level: Manager level typically 0–3 years in Field Medical or MSL, or 3–5 years in medical affairs/clinical research.
• Associate Director level typically 3–5 years in Field Medical or 5–7 years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HCPs and thought leaders in the territory to align with the medical strategy.
• Support company-sponsored trials and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic area and Novartis compounds for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues (HEOR, access, marketing, sales) to advance clinical practice.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Travel as needed (approximately 60-70%) and drive territory development and partnerships.

Education
