Qualifications

• 0-3 years manager level experience or 3-5 years for Associate Director level in field medical or related area.
• Strong clinical knowledge including pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, and FDA guidelines.
• Residence within territory or within ~50 miles daily commuting distance; valid driver0 license required.
• Ability to work field-based with 60–70% travel and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HCPs and thought leaders to advance medical strategy and build relationships.
• Provide clinical trial support and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapy area and Novartis products for medical discussions.
• Profile core customers in CRM and ensure up-to-date information.
• Communicate insights to shape medical strategy and collaborate cross-functionally.
