Kardigan in the United States is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to advance the cardiovascular medical strategy within a defined territory. This field-based role requires deep cardiology knowledge and the ability to build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders.

As an MSL, you will present and interpret clinical data, support clinical trials, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations while traveling 60-70% to engage with researchers and physicians.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, MD/PhD or equivalent advanced scientific degree required.
• 3+ years experience in cardiovascular Medical Affairs, clinical research, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of cardiology, cardiovascular trials, treatment landscape, and guideline development.
• Prior MSL experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic peer-to-peer relationships with leading cardiologists and researchers.
• Provide high-level scientific exchange regarding disease state, mechanism of action, trial data, real-world evidence, and emerging assets.
• Support site feasibility, investigator-initiated studies, and research collaborations where appropriate.
• Ensure all scientific interactions comply with FDA, EMA, Sunshine Act, and internal SOPs.
