Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to independently manage a sales area and drive revenue. The role involves direct client engagement across clinical settings, training, product service, and support, plus reimbursement assistance.

You will coordinate with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care to ensure patient-focused outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical device sales, 3+ years outside sales, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Must reside in the assigned territory and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of Kestra products.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly business plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care.
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery and build long-term partnerships.
