Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to independently secure new business and manage a sales area, often remotely from Kestra offices.

You will consult with clients in clinical settings, provide training, product service and support, and assist in the reimbursement process. The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales, 3+ years of outside sales, a Bachelor's degree, and residency in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and pass MVR.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; MS Teams experience.
• Post-offer credentialing including vaccinations, background check, drug screening, HIPAA training.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop trusted partnerships with key accounts within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly business plans for Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care.
• Lead market strategy execution with Sales/Marketing teams.
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to delivery.
