Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager in Cardiac Rhythm Management to lead CRM sales within the Great Plains region. The role guides Direct Sales Representatives, Clinical Specialists, and interns to cover implants, drive growth, and manage profitability.

You will engage physicians and hospitals, coordinate schedules, analyze territory performance, and promote Abbott products. The position requires 5+ years in CRM sales, a relevant technical degree, and strong communication abilities.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as CRM sales representative.
• Understanding of cardiac rhythm management technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent with 4+ years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Professional certification or advanced credential preferred.
• Working knowledge of domestic medical device regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed, geographically diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Direct Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists within the territory.
• Manage implant scheduling and territory performance metrics (quality, cost, delivery).
• Engage physicians, hospitals, and labs to drive product adoption and secure orders.
• Support contracts, training, and customer education on Abbott products.
• Coordinate inventory management and field operations to optimize revenue per head.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and drive process improvements.
• Represent Abbott at trade shows and conferences; develop bids and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality systems.
