Job summary

Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Card Support Specialist for a remote, 1st shift contract role.

The position runs 9/80 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $30.55 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. The candidate should have a high school diploma or bachelor's degree, strong customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, remote troubleshooting, smart cards, and knowledge of networking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required; entry-level candidates with a degree considered.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, remote troubleshooting, and smart cards.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals: IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, PeopleSoft Enterprise Helpdesk, and expense management, Concur preferred.
• Finance shared services or call center experience.
• Experience with M365 apps, Teams, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
• Basic experience with Dell and HP laptops/desktops.
• Corporate card program experience beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience in call center/retail/banking/IT help desk contexts.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and IT functions.
• Experience with case management systems and knowledge bases (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience in a finance shared services or call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Process card applications, modifications, and terminations within SLAs.
• Respond to inquiries with high-quality service; gather info and document cases.
• Support various functions across the card program with team collaboration.
• Partner with peers to address complex customer inquiries.
