Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager in the United States (hybrid or 100% remote) to support management of a portfolio of captive clients. The role requires a business-, risk-management-, or accounting-oriented degree, strong communication, and analytical skills, with CPA internship experience a plus.

You will collaborate across the Global Captive Solutions Team, handle billing and premium tracking, and help ensure regulatory compliance. A proactive, team-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Strong communication, teamwork and initiative.
• Analytical abilities; internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about property/casualty industry.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support team.
• Assist with RFPs and client prospect presentations.
• Participate in internal training and communications.
