Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients and collaborate with the Global Captive Solutions Team. The ideal candidate has a business/risk management or accounting background, excellent communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

The role supports hybrid options from any Hylant office location or 100% remote, with emphasis on timely billing, premium tracking, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with initiative and collaboration.
• Internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Bill timely and accurately for management and consulting.
• Track premiums accurately for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to maintain compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Assist with RFPs and client presentations.
• Collaborate and communicate within the team.
• Support internal training and communications.
