Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Program Manager to lead regional capital investments across the Chicago campus and Midwest portfolio. You will drive high-quality construction delivery, enforce financial controls, and align with client executives.

Reporting to the Americas Regional Lead, you will oversee site-based teams, general contractors, and design consultants, managing $30M to $80M+ annual spend across 8–12 projects, with individual project scopes from $1M to $20M.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CM, CE, Arch, or Business Admin.
• 7–10+ years in commercial real estate and construction PM.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience managing sub-consultants, GCs, A&E teams, and trade partners.
• Proven track record governing multi-project portfolios ($1M–$20M per project).
• Strong change order and contingency review processes.
• Experience with financial closeout, reconciliation, and punch-list within timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Direct capital project delivery across Chicago and Midwest locations per RPM playbooks.
• Maintain monthly cost reports and baseline budget variance analysis.
• Evaluate Change Orders and contingency drawdowns; seek client sign-off.
• Safeguard schedule between Contractor Handover and First Day of Business; coordinate AV/IT.
• Maintain live Universal Risk Registers and CRAID logs to flag bottlenecks/delays.
• Collaborate with Transaction and Brokerage to align milestones with leases and TIAs.
• Enforce vendor closeout, reconciliation, and O&M uploads within 90 days.
