Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead regional capital investments across the Chicago and Midwest portfolio. You will oversee project delivery, maintain financial controls, and coordinate with site teams, vendors, and client executives.

The role requires 7–10+ years in CRE, strong PM tools skills, and a track record of managing large multi-project portfolios. A two-tier delivery and risk governance mindset is preferred, with remote work options available in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• 7–10+ years of progressive commercial real estate, corporate interiors, and construction project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) and cost modeling.
• Experience managing sub-consultants, general contractors, A&E design teams, and trade partners.
• Experience governing multi-project capital portfolios with individual project spend $1M–$20M.
• Strong understanding of change order and contingency review processes and client sign-off workflows.
• Experience enforcing financial closeout discipline with reconciliation and punch-list resolution.

Responsibilities

• Directing day-to-day capital project delivery across Chicago and Midwest locations with adherence to RPM playbooks and safety protocols.
• Maintaining financial oversight through monthly cost reports and budget variance analysis.
• Evaluating change orders and drawdowns, ensuring scope legitimacy before recommendations.
• Safeguarding schedule between handover and first day of business, coordinating AV/IT installation and commissioning.
• Maintaining risk registers to flag long-lead procurement bottlenecks and inspection delays.
• Collaborating with Transaction and Brokerage leads to align milestones with lease obligations and TIAs.
