MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital engineering projects across multiple sites.

You will support end-to-end delivery from concept to commissioning, providing mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to improve operational performance and drive value-driven solutions. You will manage budgets, timelines and resources, collaborating with operations teams to ensure safe, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Experience in industrial environments or heavy industry preferred.
• Ability to develop scope, estimate and deliver complex projects.
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Program Manager for end-to-end project delivery, from concept and design through to commissioning.
• Providing mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to support operational performance and improvements.
• Managing project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring investments deliver expected outcomes.
• Partnering closely with operational teams to deliver practical, value-driven engineering solutions.
• Deliver projects safely, promoting a zero harm / zero incident culture.
• Apply value engineering and best practice to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, HSE, and CDM regulations.
