Job summary

MKS is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital engineering projects across multiple sites in a fully remote role within the United States. You will provide mechanical and electrical engineering expertise, manage budgets and schedules, and drive continuous improvements.

Candidates should have a background in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering with 3+ years of related experience, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and safely in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with budgeting and end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Program Manager for end-to-end project delivery from concept to commissioning.
• Provide mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to support performance improvements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to deliver expected outcomes.
• Partner with operations to deliver practical, value-driven engineering solutions.
• Deliver projects safely and promote a zero-harm culture.
• Provide expert mechanical and electrical engineering support across capital projects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, contractors and site teams.
• Apply value engineering to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, HSE and CDM regulations.
