Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing capital construction, facility improvement, or similar complex projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with accountability for scope, budgets, schedules, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee multiple large-scale construction and facility improvement projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, critical path schedules, scopes of work, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, quality, and timelines and address delays or cost overruns.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, customers, and internal teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Ensure external partners meet quality, scheduling, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
