Job summary

Xylem is hiring a Capital Accounts Manager, Sales & Business Development to drive opportunities in industrial water treatment across pharma, microelectronics, data centers, beverage, and advanced manufacturing. You will build a robust pipeline, engage execs, and leverage internal resources to close capital projects.

The role offers a base plus generous commissions, with travel up to 50% and a company car. A BS degree and 7+ years in related sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related technical discipline; 7+ years in industrial water treatment or related sales.
• Proven track record closing capital projects and managing complex opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close industrial water and wastewater treatment opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline to meet revenue and order objectives.
• Engage with executives, engineering leaders, EPCs, and contractors to influence specs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions and drive bookings.
