Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Applications team and own enterprise architecture governance across the company. You will chair the Architecture Review Board, manage vendor relationships, and drive the order-to-cash transformation program transforming billing from spreadsheets to system-driven automation.

You will lead the platforms as products, own roadmap, cost, and application support, while developing your team and reporting program value to executives.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in enterprise applications leadership.
• Experience chairing architecture governance forums.
• Proven track of owning vendor-delivered programs end to end.
• Ability to read an integration design, a data model and a SOA.
• Experience running a release management process with change control.
• Experience managing an application support provider against SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Applications team and govern the stack.
• Chair the Architecture Review Board and maintain decisions.
• Own vendor relationships, scope, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the order-to-cash transformation and roadmap.
• Build transition of delivered components into production support.
• Report program value to leadership against baseline measures.
