Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience providing direct client services.
• Ability to obtain suitability credentials from SSA within six months (not required before applying).
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Experience entering data into a database system accurately and timely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional behavior when engaging with the public, including in crisis.
• Proficiency with office tech, databases, Microsoft Suite, email, and Zoom.

Aufgaben

• Responds promptly to newly assigned clients and manages cases from initial contact through resolution.
• Gathers information from clients and investigates complaints about DVR or CIL services.
• Advocates on behalf of clients, informing them of service obligations and rights.
• Documents casework accurately and communicates status to the attorney supervisor.
• Maintains expertise on laws governing DVR and CILs and stays current on related rules.
• Develops CAP materials and resources for clients and community.
• Conducts statewide outreach for CAP and PABSS programs, including youth transitions.
• Represents the organization on community committees.
• Monitors case numbers and client feedback to ensure quality service.
• Assists with federal reporting related to CAP.
