Job summary

LemClosers is hiring a Business Development Representative (Cantonese Speaking) for a remote role in the Asia market. You will conduct high-volume outreach, identify key decision-makers, and nurture leads for the sales team across multi-channel outreach, including calls and emails.

Proficiency with Salesforce is expected, along with strong prospecting skills and a collaborative spirit. In this role you will map accounts, forecast weekly lead volume, and work with marketing to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills
• Experience with outbound and inbound outreach
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting calls and desk research to identify key decision-makers and map account structures.
• Identify business challenges and sales opportunities using LinkedIn and other research tools.
• Nurture relationships to generate qualified sales-ready leads for direct or channel sales teams.
• Update Salesforce with weekly pipeline forecasts and lead status.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing on campaigns and events to profile and follow up targets.
