Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Customer Tax Account Specialist to provide Canada payroll tax services and customer support across a defined client book. You will manage daily case work, lead calls as needed, process remittances, and handle year-end activities.

You will work across federal, provincial, and territorial payroll tax rules, ensuring timely, accurate filing and strong client relationships. This remote role emphasizes service excellence and data security.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of Canadian payroll or payroll tax experience.
• Experience with CRA and Revenu Quebec remittances, CPP/QPP, EI, QPIP, and year-end T4/T4A.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named Specialist for assigned Canadian Payroll Tax customers and maintain relationships.
• Manage daily cases within SLAs and maintain accurate notes.
• Process payroll tax filings and year-end activities (T4, T4A, Releve 1 & 2) and amendments.
• Support customers via phone and lead calls as needed.
• Respond to escalated cases from internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers to resolve requests and stabilize service delivery.
• Maintain SLAs, meet quality targets, and safeguard confidential data.
