Job summary

Evergreen Nephrology, LLC. is seeking a Marketing Manager, Campaigns to lead patient engagement, quality, partner marketing, and program campaigns. This remote, contract role reports to the Marketing Director and runs for an initial 6 months with potential extension.

Flexibility for US time zones, 8:30am–5pm Central/Eastern is required. Responsibilities include campaign planning, asset creation, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or healthcare admin or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in marketing, campaign management, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns from planning to post-launch support.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with remote, fast-paced environments and evolving campaign infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, coordination, and launch of patient engagement campaigns.
• Own campaign plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate requirements across Marketing, Clinical Ops, Growth, Tech, Data, Compliance and Vendors.
• Develop assets, materials, copy, website content, and launch workflows.
• Coordinate review, approvals, testing, deployment, and readiness processes.
• Maintain campaign calendars, assets, trackers, and templates.
• Support campaign reporting and identify optimization opportunities.
• Handle routine marketing requests for patient/provider materials and site updates.
