Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead content, campaigns, events, and operations from a remote base in the U.S. The role focuses on executing initiatives, managing projects, and maintaining accurate marketing data in HubSpot and related tools.

You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing, create marketing content, and support social media, SEO, PPC, and event programs across 35–40 trade shows annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and 3+ years in marketing or related role; or 5+ years experience overall.
• Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership of assigned work.
• Open to learning and expanding skills across multiple marketing areas.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cvent, SEO/PPC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, content, and internal requests.
• Manage projects from start to finish with timelines, tasks, and follow-through.
• Maintain trackers, calendars, documentation, and marketing assets with accuracy and consistency.
• Support messaging, basic graphic design, and content across channels (web, blogs, collateral, email, press).
• Develop, execute, and manage direct campaigns through HubSpot; assist with reporting and data maintenance.
• Assist with events and trade show logistics for 35–40 annual shows; manage promotional items and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on go-to-market initiatives and vendor relationships.
• Support SEO, PPC, and paid digital advertising efforts and budget tracking.
