Responsibilities

• Compare links in an assigned email or page with an approved destination list.
• Open the URL and note redirects or unexpected access requirements.
• Confirm that the linked form or page serves the stated purpose.
• Record the tested material version and date.
• Flag an outdated offer, missing page, or mismatched call to action.
• Retest after a correction and report the new result.
• Keep tracking and campaign settings unchanged unless directed.
• The approved email has replaced the earlier draft.
• Each link is associated with the correct call to action.
• The destination is current and visible to the intended audience.
• A form opens to the correct campaign or service.
• An authorized correction has been retested.
• Outstanding issues are marked before the owner approves distribution.
• Keep screenshots or test notes in the approved review system.
