Zeta Global is hiring a Manager, YouTube Ads to oversee end-to-end YouTube advertising campaigns for our clients. This full-time role combines hands-on campaign setup and optimization with proactive client communication, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Based on location, you may work remotely or in a hybrid setup (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco). The role requires deep knowledge of Google Ads, strong budget management (monthly spend $50k+), and a data-driven approach to optimize

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads across all YouTube ad formats and objectives (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion).
• Hands-on experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $50k+.
• Thorough understanding of Google Ads mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/tag implementations, and bid/budget management.
• Proactive approach to campaign optimization and strategy.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own all aspects of YouTube ad campaign setup and optimization.
• Manage YouTube and Demand Generation campaign formats in Google Ads/Google Ads Editor with various objectives.
• Act as internal/external POC, provide proactive recommendations to achieve KPIs, implement changes and ensure requests are operationalized.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor pacing, adjust budgets and bids, and deliver data-driven performance reports.
