Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Campaign Manager (Partnerships) to own the Agency side of our partnerships with social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest. You will oversee campaign operations from intake to delivery and reporting, coordinating with the Partnerships Manager to align goals and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields.
Experience managing partner, platform, or vendor relationships.
BA degree or higher strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day point of contact for platform partner teams on campaign activity and relationships.
Translate partner and brand goals into clear campaign scopes and timelines.
Resource campaigns across Campaign Managers and Campaign Associates with mentorship and progress tracking.
Manage overall health of each platform partnership and delivery against expectations.
Ensure campaigns meet SLAs and quality standards, surfacing risks early.
