Job summary

Opendorse is hiring a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to support our Commercial Services team in running branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027. This fixed-term project role is remote and does not expect to convert to full-time.

You'll work with athletes and internal teams to script and review content, ensure compliance with NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards, keep deliverables on schedule, and pull performance data for campaign recaps.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, preferably with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Support live campaigns by coordinating with athletes and reviewing content.
• Ensure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards.
• Keep deliverables on schedule and pull performance data for campaign recaps.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, product, and operations teams from kickoff to wrap.
